Dolce&Gabbana Design Hills is a captivating addition to the exclusive Costa del Sol. It revitalizes Marbella’s famous “Golden Mile” and brings contemporary international elegance and unparalleled luxury to residential properties, services, and lifestyle.
Marbella’s Golden Mile began its journey in 1954, when Prince Alfonso de Hohenlohe began construction of the iconic Marbella Club Hotel. The hotel opened in 1976 and became the epitome of Marbella’s elite lifestyle. Members of royal families, affluent travelers, and distinguished socialites spent their vacations here. The area gradually gained popularity, leading to the development of the surrounding area. Its prestige endures even after more than 60 years, as it is home to some of the world’s most luxurious hotels and most famous residences. Thanks to Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana, this legendary location is reaching new heights of luxury and redefining ultra-luxury living.

Azul Cielo
Azul Cielo marble comes from Brazil and boasts a light blue hue adorned with white inclusions reminiscent of clouds in the sky. Its distinctive color, combined with its durability and crystalline composition, gives it undeniable quality and creates a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
Blue Sodalite
The striking appeal of Brazilian Blue Sodalite lies in its distinctive shades of blue—ranging from cobalt to ultramarine—which make it rare and sophisticated. Its resemblance to the deep, intense hues of the sea further enhances its appeal.
Guatemala Green
Guatemala Green is a prized Indian marble characterized by unprecedented shades ranging from emerald to black, complemented by striking light veins that crisscross the stone and evoke the lush vegetation of the surrounding hills.
Terra Mater
Terra Mater, which originates from Turkey, was chosen for its warm tones and earthy hues. Thanks to its distinctive veined texture, it lends every interior a unique and incomparable character. Furthermore, its translucency makes it ideal for backlit interior elements.
White Panda
Mramor White Panda so svojimi jemnými žilami vytvára pôsobivé geometrické usporiadania, ktoré oživujú čisté biele pozadie náznakmi čiernej. Považuje sa za prírodné majstrovské dielo a dosahuje harmonickú rovnováhu prostredníctvom hry kontrastných farieb žíl.

The One Atelier / Metrogramma
The One Atelier is a leader in the development of exclusive branded real estate and exceptional private residences. It manages the entire process, from concept creation to handover. Many of the world’s leading luxury lifestyle and fashion brands have chosen The One Atelier to design and build truly exceptional properties around the globe. Its partnership with Metrogramma, a Milan-based architectural firm founded by Andrea Boschetti, enables the studio to design projects on every scale: from master plans and architecture to the most luxurious and exclusive interiors. The One Atelier/Metrogramma is the lead designer and coordinator of Dolce&Gabbana’s Design Hills in Marbella, which is being developed by Sierra Blanca Estates.
Fresh Architectures / Rousseau Dapelo
FRESH Architectures was founded in Paris in 2007 by Julien Rousseau, Ulysses Gnesda, and Luca Battaglia. They have built a firm that is not defined by scale—from small to large projects, from interior design to urban planning—nor by location, but approaches projects based on their dynamics rather than their size. Julien Rousseau, managing partner, participated in the RIT 2020 working group on land-use regulations and is co-author of a report on the sustainable city. In 2021, together with Giovanna Dapelo, he founded the interior design firm “Rousseau Dapelo.” Fresh Architectures is serving as a design consultant for the facade of Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana, a project being developed by Sierra Blanca Estates.
Storage Milano / VANO
StorageMilano is an architecture and design firm founded in Milan in 2002 by Barbara Ghidoni, Marco Donati, and Michele Pasini. The company works across various areas of design, from the development of architectural concepts to installations. Since its inception, it has fostered inspiring collaborations with the most innovative figures in Italian fashion, designing fashion shows, showrooms, events, buildings, corporate headquarters, and private residences. Its approach is based on the search for new aesthetic and spatial solutions, with a particular emphasis on materials and forms. StorageMilano serves as an interior design consultant for Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana, a project developed by Sierra Blanca Estates.
