We are the BpV team, combining experience in real estate, financing, business, project management, and knowledge of the Spanish market. We help clients from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Austria navigate the entire process of buying real estate on the Costa del Sol safely and clearly—from the initial consultation, through selecting the right location and project, to the legal, financial, and practical steps involved in owning property in Spain. Our job is not to show you as many listings as possible. Our job is to help you make a good decision.

That’s why we ask questions, listen, compare, and explain. We’re interested in whether you’re looking for a second home by the sea, a vacation apartment, an investment property, or a place for a longer-term stay. Based on that, we recommend locations, projects, financing options, and the next steps.
